Standard-Compliant Design Parameters

Our standard hospital OT ventilation plants are systematically engineered around six major sterile guidelines:

1. Airflow Direction: Horizontal or Vertical Laminar Flow (unidirectional) to move air down smoothly and carry pathogens away from the patient surgical field.
2. High Air Changes: Maintenance of 20 to 25 absolute air changes per hour to purge clean air rapidly.
3. Differential Pressure: Maintaining positive room pressure (+15 Pascals) relative to corridors to prevent entry of outside contaminants.
4. Filtration Levels: Robust multi-tiered filters ending in H14 HEPA units.
5. Aseptic Controls: Clean-cut hermetic sliding doors and non-porous anti-bacterial stainless steel or glass walls inside the OT structure.

Laminar Air Flow (LAF) Ceilings

We manufacture and install heavy-gauge aluminum or stainless steel Laminar Flow Plenum ceilings. These units are fitted with integrated HEPA filters, internal stabilizing buffers, and dynamic micro-perforated polyester CG screens. This complex structure dampens turbulence and discharges cool air in a steady stream directly over the medical operating zone at 0.3 to 0.45 meters per second.

OT Control Command Panels

For hospital clinical comfort and easy system monitoring, we install multi-function surgical control panels. These surgeon dashboards present continuous, live monitoring parameters:

• Relative humidity percentages (ideal target 40% - 60%).
• Digital room temperatures (adjustable between 18°C to 23°C).
• Room differential air pressure levels.
• Medical gas low-pressure warning alerts and surgical elapsed-time clocks.
