The stability of a complex industrial chiller, air handling unit, or cleanroom system rests heavily on its power supply and micro-automation circuits. Medxon Technologies engineers, builds, and thoroughly inspects robust Electrical Panels and Motor Control Centers (MCC) designed explicitly for heavy HVAC deployment.

Precision VFD and Motor Control Panels

To control the startup currents of heavy fan blower motors, we build certified Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) panels. These systems smoothly ramp motor speeds up and down based on continuous demands from pressure sensors inside the duct architecture. This eliminates mechanical grid-kick stress, protects motor windings from heat damage, and significantly lowers peak demand charges.

Programmable PLC Automation Integration

For large client infrastructures, we build custom smart panels equipped with high-specification Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) (from brands like Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Honeywell). These controllers capture multiple live inputs—temperatures, humilities, differential pressures, air qualities—and output logical control signals to modulators, motorized dampers, and chiller compressors.

Absolute Safety & Certifications

Every control panel manufactured at our facilities is subject to rigorous quality assurance checklists before being loaded onto transport trucks. We build to IP-54 and IP-55 ingress protection specifications, using internal busbars with clear phase color coding, integrated over-current relays, surge protection devices, and physical emergency stop lockouts.
