Modular Clean Room Engineering

Our Modular Cleanroom Solutions are engineered specifically for sectors that demand absolute micro-particle hygiene, such as pharmaceutical formulation, biotechnology, life sciences, medical device production, and micro-electronics assembly. We handle projects from initially drafting layouts up to complete physical validation, assuring full compliance with ISO 14644 and Schedule M GMP guidelines.

Certified Clean Room Panels and Ceiling Systems

We design and install heavy-duty, double-skin poly-urethane foam (PUF) or Rockwool sandwich panels with pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) skins. These modular wall and ceiling panels lock together tightly, creating flush joints and avoiding dust stagnation. Rounded aluminum coves are applied at all wall-to-ceiling and wall-to-floor junctions to ensure high-grade aseptic sanitation.

High-Efficiency Air Filtration and Laminar Flow

At the heart of every functional cleanroom is its filtration cascade. We deploy three-stage air filtration pathways comprising G4 pre-filters, F9 fine-filters, and terminally mounted H14 HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters with 99.997% efficiency down to 0.3 microns. Based on the target ISO rating, we engineer laminar vertical airflow, turbulent airflow, and differential air pressure loops.

Auxiliary Ecosystems and Validation

Beyond modular walls, Medxon delivers the entire mechanical ecosystem:

• Cleanroom Doors: Self-closing flush doors equipped with automatic drop seals.
• Pass Boxes: Static and dynamic visual pass-through hatches with logic-interlocked double doors to limit pressure loss during raw material transfer.
• Durable Flooring: Highly chemical-resistant self-leveling polyurethane or epoxy flooring with integral copper earthing threads for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection.
