We manufacture all air conveyor systems in strict compliance with globally acknowledged SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association) guidelines. This layout ensures our duct structures withstand internal pressures without flexing, escaping air, or developing acoustic harmonics.

Special Coating Accommodations

For chemically aggressive locations—such as pharmaceutical labs, battery plants, and coastal facilities—we construct specialized heavy-gauge Stainless Steel (SS 304 or SS 316) duct frameworks, or apply specialized chemical-resistant PVC coatings to prevent metal oxidation and ensure a long service life.
